Big Drip No Lip LLC – Return & Refund Policy (Effective Date: November 5, 2025) — Big Drip

No Lip LLC takes pride in the quality of its products and services. Because many of our

offerings are custom-made, limited edition, or service-based, all sales are considered final

unless otherwise stated. We aim for full customer satisfaction and encourage customers to

accessories are made-to-order or limited release, and returns, exchanges, or refunds are not

accepted for change of mind, size issues, or dissatisfaction. If an item arrives damaged,

misprinted, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery at

rockstar@bigdripnolip.shop with the order number and photos of the issue. Approved cases

are eligible for exchange or store credit only, not cash refunds, and returned items must be

unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Luxury transportation, artist

development, studio sessions, and event services require non-refundable deposits, and full

payment must be made before service completion. Cancellations must be made at least 48

hours in advance to receive potential credit toward future bookings, subject to approval, while

no-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable. All digital products, music downloads, and

promotional content are non-refundable once delivered or accessed. Approved refunds will be

issued via the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval, and Big

Drip No Lip LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet these conditions.
